Clark Horgan is the senior vice president of Waitt Company and has been actively involved with the Waitt organization since 2007.
Clark leads Waitt’s direct investment activities, which include direct investments in companies and real estate. Prior to joining Waitt, Clark worked for McCarthy Capital from 2007 to 2012. Clark has also worked for York Label, Inc., Warburg Pincus, and Sares – Regis Group in private equity, real estate development, and M&A transactions.
Clark received his BA from Pepperdine University (Summa Cum Laude) and MBA from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School.

Bill has extensive construction and renovation experience, having worked on a number of developments in Omaha, Nebraska. Prior to joining Waitt in 2012, Bill worked for ECI Development Services and Shamrock Development, and previously held positions at Level 3 Communications and MFS NT after graduating from Notre Dame with a BSME and an MBA. Bill is active in the community, currently serving on the boards of Habitat for Humanity Omaha ReStore and the NE Humane Society.
